From its founding, America was shaped by European cultures. Our Founders established a constitutional republic grounded in faith, liberty, and the rule of law. These principles have guided us and defined the American creed. Today, the United States is undergoing rapid demographic and economic change that is reshaping communities across the nation. If not managed responsibly, these changes could weaken our cultural unity and national stability. The Law & Freedom Party believes immigration is a problem and wants to put American culture first. We support strong borders, limit non-European countries, and have limits on countries’ lawful, merit-based systems that welcome individuals who respect and embrace Western values, regardless of their country of origin, while ensuring immigration strengthens our nation.

Our Right to Bear Arms: The universal right to firearm ownership is integral to the Law & Freedom Party, culture, and way of life. The Law & Freedom Party supports the Second Amendment and will seek to abolish unreasonable laws pertaining to firearms

A Clean & Moral Society: The Law & Freedom Party believes in strong and intact families that are capable of raising morally upright and healthy citizens. Thus we stand against the forces of sexual degeneracy and social degeneracy as they seek to destroy the family unit. We seek to end the ongoing war on European masculinity and femininity. We also seek to implement pro-natal policies that will incentivize Heritage-American couples to have children and encourage them to raise healthy, responsible children with good

The LFP believes that American sovereignty and self-determination must be protected above all else. Citizens have the right to live, work, and associate freely with those who share their values and respect the nation, without interference from government programs or policies that undermine national unity.

Our party is committed to codifying these freedoms into law, ensuring that the American people—not bureaucrats or globalist interests—determine the direction and character of our nation. Protecting the sovereignty of the American people is essential to the continued strength, freedom, and heritage of our country.

Ending Foreign War: Heritage America grows weary from ambiguous, open-ended military conflicts projected around the world that do not serve our People’s interests. When the Law & Freedom Party gains power, we intend to end these pointless, foreign entanglements. With that said, the Law Freedom Party maintains that the survival of the American Nation and her European sister nations is paramount among all things. For us, war is a means by which our people’s survival is secured, rather than a global enterprise. As such, war should only be declared if it is in our Nation’s and/or our European civilization’s vital interests

The LFP believes that protecting America’s environment is essential for the future of our nation and our children. A clean and healthy environment must be maintained through balanced policies that do not harm American livelihoods or productivity. We will embrace new technologies, responsible resource management, and practical conservation strategies to preserve the land, air, and water for future generations, ensuring that the United States remains strong, prosperous, and capable of sustaining its people.

The LFP believes that a strong society depends on the rule of law. Law enforcement must be applied rigorously and consistently across all communities, and criminals should face strict consequences for their actions without undue leniency. Maintaining order is essential for the safety, prosperity, and stability of the nation. Under LFP leadership, policing and justice systems will be reformed to ensure accountability, efficiency, and protection of all law-abiding citizens, reinforcing the moral and social framework that sustains a free and secure America

The LFP believes that American corporations must serve the interests of the nation and its citizens. Today, many large companies are controlled by individuals or leadership that prioritize globalist agendas or corporate profit over the well-being of the American people. Under LFP leadership, corporations acting against national interests will be held accountable, and leadership will be reformed to ensure these businesses contribute positively to the economy, strengthen communities, and support American values. The LFP asserts that all corporations exist to benefit the nation and its citizens, and any entity that undermines this purpose will be directed to align fully with the strength, prosperity, and security of the United States.

The LFP believes that American children must be raised with a strong sense of heritage, character, and moral responsibility. Today’s education system often fails to teach these values, focusing instead on ideologies that undermine national unity and traditional principles. The LFP asserts that character development must come before intellectual instruction. Schools, homeschooling programs, and extracurricular activities should be designed to build moral integrity, physical health, and civic responsibility, ensuring that children grow into principled, productive, and patriotic citizens.
