- Neighboring countries will be held responsible for preventing illegal border crossings.
- The U.S. will deploy border and military forces as necessary to protect sovereignty.
- Deportation of Illegal or Criminal Non-Citizens
- Any illegal or criminal non-citizen discovered in the U.S. will be deported.
- Penalties for Aiding Illegal Immigration
- Employers or individuals who knowingly support illegal immigration will face strict criminal and civil consequences.
- Voluntary Repatriation Programs (Non-Citizens Only)
- Non-citizens who do not align with American values will be offered grants to return to their ancestral homelands.
- U.S. citizens, including naturalized immigrants and adopted children, are fully retained and protected.
- Termination of Resident Programs (Future Applicants)
- Permanent and temporary resident programs will end at their original expiration, with no new pathways to naturalization for non-Europeans.
- End Birthright Citizenship & Birth Tourism (Future Births)
- Automatic citizenship for children born on U.S. soil will be abolished.
